It is possible to buy a 1/10oz Kruger for R1150. You can also acquire a Mandela coin from about R4500. Both elements need a certain period to appreciate but Krugers can only grow by the gold price and rand/dollar exchange. It is always possible to build up a portfolio, whenever you want.
