FAQs

Can I get a limit increase on my credit card?

Question: When are you about to increase your credit card limits?

While this may vary from bank to bank, you can generally apply for a credit limit increase after six months of your credit card account initiation.

The increase will be based on your card account and other account history with your bank. To apply for an increase you should contact your bank’s customer service centre for assistance.

What to do to get a credit card limit

One of the most important factors credit card issuers consider is your payment history. Making timely payments on your credit card bills demonstrates responsible financial behaviour and may increase the likelihood of being approved for a credit limit increase.
