FNB Securities has been voted the Top Advice Broker in the annual Intellidex Top Stockbrokers awards for 2017. The award follows FNB’s recent decision to consolidate its Securities, Share Investing, Portfolio Management, Investments, Advisory and Fiduciary businesses into FNB Wealth and Investments business.

“Earlier this year FNB consolidated its investment offerings while maintaining a strong focus on making advice available to its customers and this has clearly paid off – we have been voted the Top Advice Broker of the Year by leading research house Intellidex. Our teams have worked tirelessly to earn this award and this is a very exciting accomplishment for all of us,” said Bheki Mkhize CEO of FNB Wealth & Investments Solutions.

FNB Wealth and Investments offers share trading, portfolio management, unit trusts as well as advisory and fiduciary services.  This offering caters for both local and offshore client needs.

“This accolade highlights the fact that retail investors are looking for brokers to effectively meet their trading and investment advice needs. By merging the business units we have given clients access to experts willing to guide them with their investment choices,” said Mkhize.

He added: “When clients require discretionary investment options they are directed to a suitable model portfolio that is formulated from the bank’s investment process. A bespoke service offering is also available. This flexibility and unique expertise is what has resulted the creation of an award-winning team within FNB,” said Mkhize.
