South Africa has improved as a place to do business, thanks to the streamlining of company law and taxation. That's according to a World Bank/International Finance Corp report released yesterday that ranked 181 countries according to how business-friendly they were.

Justmoney.co.za says:

It's not all doom and gloom out there. But for every bit of good news, think do I have enough saved? For every bit of bad news, think do I have enough saved? The key is to accumulate your capital not to consume it.
