Weaker legal structures and less protection of property rights were among the factors behind SA slipping in a global ranking of economic freedom published yesterday.

Justmoney.co.za says:

It all comes down to property rights. In South Africa we can expect to retain property rights, so how is your home loan? Do you need to consolidate your debt? Have you considered equity release?
