FSB warns the public against “The Eagles”

The Financial Service Board (FSB) has issued a public warning advising consumers to steer clear of the Eagles, an entity claiming to be a registered financial service provider (FSP).

“It has been brought to the Registrar of Financial Services Providers’ attention that the entity purports to give a helping hand to those in need”, said the FSB.

It says that this unauthorised entity professes to make a real difference to people financially by providing an effective and flexible system to help them to improve their lives and to close the outrageous gap between the poor and the rich by promising participants exorbitant returns from 200% in 60 days to +- 800% in six months.

The FSB stressed that it is important for people to conduct business with authorised financial advisers and service providers. To see if a person or company is registered, you can visit the FSB website or contact them on 0800 110 443.
